When you buy a WordPress theme, you can gain access to our support service through our forum and premium support from our custom support representatives.
Premium support is intended to help you get started with the theme, so you can configure your site and better understand how the theme works– and thus make the most out of it.
Support is also meant to help you solve small errors with themes, or even plugins. If we cannot give you a proper answer or a theme does not appear to be working correctly, we may ask you for login credentials to check the issue ourselves and find a solution.
Fixing Bugs & Errors
We are committed to keep our themes free of errors and to fix any bugs that may appear, especially when working with WordPress plugins. Any bugs reported will be fixed in the least amount of time possible.
Our support service does not cover theme customization. Since customizing a theme may introduce new bugs and change the way it is intended to work, we can’t commit ourselves to help you solve every issue. We cannot assist you with the customization process either.
With that being said, we can go the extra mile at times and give you tips on how to tweak some aspects of a theme, such as changing the CSS stylesheet. Still, please try not to abuse this.
