Our theme subscriptions are a recurring payment, billed every year from the date of purchase onwards. By cancelling your subscription, you will still be able to access your downloads and receive support from us until the end of term.
However, once the subscription period ends, you will immediately lose access to any theme downloads and will no longer be able to view the member forums. Your theme licenses will also stop working, meaning that even if you have added them to your site you won’t be able to receive theme updates.
You can still continue to use any and all themes you have already downloaded.
How To Cancel Your Account
If you have bought a subscription and would like to cancel it, there are a number of ways to do it depending on which payment gateway you used to make the payment:
If You Used PayPal
If you used PayPal to make your subscription payment, you can log into your PayPal account and look for your Recurring Profiles. You can cancel the recurring profile of your subscription and we’ll be notified of it right away.
If You Paid By Credit Card
If you paid directly on our site by credit card, you will need to contact us directly and request that your subscription be cancelled. You can reach us through our contact page and request the cancellation. We’ll be sad to lose you, though.
