Pre-Purchase Questions
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer full support for every commercial theme we sell. That includes solving any problems you might encounter while getting your theme to work, as long as the fault lies with the theme itself. We also offer some degree of support for free themes, but commercial ones will always get priority. If you wish to get premium support for one of these themes, you can purchase a commercial one and we’ll be happy to assist you with both.
Can I use a theme multiple times?
Yes! All of our themes can be used an unlimited number of times on any website you wish to. This applies to both premium and free themes.
Are your themes compatible with WordPress.com?
WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to upload your own themes under any circumstance. This means that no, you cannot buy a theme from us and use it on your hosted WordPress.com site.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently process all of our payments through PayPal. You can either use a PayPal account of your own, or pay by credit card.

Pricing
What's your pricing scheme?
Our commercial themes are offered as part of a single subscription. That means you can get them all at once, without having to decide which one to choose. By buying a subscription, you gain unlimited access to updates and bugfixes, as well as support from us to get your site going.
How do discounts work?
We offer discount codes from time to time, or on special occasions. You can use them during checkout, after having selected your theme. Just add the discount code in the discount field, and the total price will refresh itself.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product download is available.
Themes
What do I get when buying a theme?
All of our commercial themes include everything needed to make them work (duh), plus a XML file carrying the demo content that you can use to recreate most of the online demo’s content.
Additionally, some themes come with a few PSD resources such as icons, images, and other graphics that you can reuse in your site. Most themes from on now have their own custom logo, which is included in full resolution and you can edit it to place your own brand.
Free themes only come with the theme files.
Do your themes work with the latest WordPress version?
Yes. Our themes are developed following WordPress’ best development practices, which ensure they will last a very long time and remain compatible with almost all plugins. Additionally, commercial themes are particularly designed to integrate well with some of the most popular plugins.
How often do you update your themes?
Our themes share a common framework built from the ground up by us, called the
CPO Core. This framework is in continuous development, and as such updates with new features and improvements are released every now and then. Expect our themes to have a development lifespan of about a year, after which they will continue to receive security and stability updates.
Regardless of how old a theme is, we are committed to release critical fixes to repair bugs and vulnerabilities as soon as they are discovered.
Do you showcase your users' themes?
If you’ve done a fine job customizing and putting one of our themes to work, sure thing! We’ll be glad to feature you on the main site. You can ask for a showcase by getting in touch with us in the contact page.
Support
How long do I have to wait for an answer?
We try to respond as quickly as possible to every question. Sometimes, it may take us up to 24 hours to answer, but in some cases it may be longer due to complexity or unforeseen issues.
Do I need an account?
User accounts are ncessary for downloading themes, posting in the forum, or making purchases. Having an account lets us notify you about resolved inquiries or important updates.
